We produce cast nylon films in thicknesses of 18 µm to 200 µm and in widths from approx. 400 mm to 3000 mm. OPA films are produced in thicknesses 12, 15, 20 and 25 µm and in widths from approx. 400 mm to 2200 mm.

Our PA film fulfils the requirements of the US-American FDA, the "Bundesinstitut für gesundheitlichen Verbraucherschutz und Veterinärmedizin (BgVV)" ("Federal Institute for Consumer Health Protection and Veterinary Medicine"), the former BGA, and the applicable EC directives.

In our modern machinery park, we process selected raw materials into high-quality films.
Depending on the product, our film production lines can produce "mother rolls" up to 36,000 m in length. These large rolls are then slit to widths required by customers on rewinders.
